The Career Pilot Program at Pan Am International Flight Academy has been designed to minimize the time you spend training and will enable you to begin an airline career much faster than any other flight training schedule. This is an important consideration because airline seniority is the basis for salary, schedule, airline assignment and home airport.

Pan Am International Flight Academy conducts training under FAA Parts 61 and 141. Our training programs are airline oriented, focused, full-time, intensive, fast-track paths to employment. Once enrolled, our students are engaged in an intensive training program that requires a full-time commitment. Schedules are dynamic, similar to the airline environment.

CAREER PILOT PROGRAM

Our Career Pilot Program is our primary training program, intended for anyone seeking the fastest and most secure path toward becoming an airline pilot. This program allows you to join us regardless of your previous flight experience.

The Career Pilot Program is designed to allow you to enroll at any point in your training. Regardless of whether you have little or no flight experience, or you have obtained licenses/ratings elsewhere, you can complete your training with us. Our unique training timeline illustrates the normal progression of our entire program. The program for students with previous flight experience may be conducted in a slightly different order. Our entire training program, from zero hours, takes approximately 10-12 months to complete. Graduates will then be eligible for post-graduate employment as a staff flight instructor and then airline job placement. Use the training timeline above to learn more about our program.
