Jetfly brings PC-24 to Oriens at Biggin Hill
Jetfly took delivery of its PC-24 in September and since then has been showing it off around Europe. Availability is already filling up for next year, and it expects the Pilatus jet to be just as popular as the PC-12.
Jetfly teamed with French designer Philippe Starck to design the livery and interior of its PC-24s.

Luxembourgish fractional operator Jetfly recently brought its Pilatus PC-24 to London Biggin Hill airport as part of a European tour. The aircraft was welcomed by Oriens Aviation, the exclusive British Isles Pilatus Centre and sales distributor for the PC-12.

“Oriens offers an extensive maintenance facility at Biggin Hill, so its smart hangar was the perfect backdrop to showcase our amazing, one month-old super versatile jet in the UK,” said Jetfly CEO Cédric Lescop.

Jetfly, which already operates a fleet of 22 PC-12NGs, is looking forward to accepting its second PC-24 this month, followed by one more next June and another in December.

“The eight-seater PC-24 is a real game-changer, capable of landing on smaller airstrips, including grass, that other comparable light jets cannot," continues Lescop. "The PC-24 gives our members a competitive advantage and there is great demand for this new jet, with its increased range, speed and large cargo door. We expect it to be just as popular as the PC-12, and we have already filled up the PC-24 flying slots for most of 2019.

Biggin Hill is regularly requested by our PC-12 membership, owing to its good proximity to central London, generous opening hours and attractive facilities. We expect our new jets will be regular visitors at this popular London airport too."

London Biggin Hill airport marketing manager Andy Patsalides adds: “Since opening the doors to its Pilatus-authorised MRO service centre here in February, Oriens has enjoyed a busy nine months supporting a large number of customers. This underlines our popularity as a home base to a growing number of aircraft owners and other industry customers.”
