Nakanihon Air Service takes delivery of 20th H135
A diverse fleet of over 60 helicopters, turboprops and business jets has now been supplemented with a 20th H135, as Nakanihon Air Service cements its credentials as a major operator.
The H135 joins a fleet of well in excess of 60 aircraft.

Nakanihon Air Service has taken delivery of its 20th H135 helicopter at an entry-into-service ceremony held at its hangar in Aichi Prefecture, Japan.

The new light twin helicopter will join its growing fleet of H135s to support emergency medical service (EMS) missions throughout Japan. One of the largest aircraft operators in the country, Nakanihon operates 45 Airbus Helicopters, about two-thirds of its rotorcraft fleet, for a wide spectrum of activities including EMS, electronic news gathering, as well as passenger and goods transportation. Nakanihon Air Service also operates an Airbus approved maintenance centre for H135 helicopters.

The H135 is capable of multiple missions including EMS, law enforcement and firefighting, as well as VIP and corporate transportation.

Operators of the 92 H135 helicopters in Japan can access integrated training support offered by Airbus Helicopters' Kobe-based H135 full flight simulator centre.
