South Florida aircraft charter, management, aircraft sales and maintenance company Presidential Aviation has added a Gulfstream 200 to its managed fleet. The aircraft has a range of 3,130 statute miles and will be offered for charter flights from its base at Miami-Opa Locka Executive airport.
Painted in Matterhorn white with blue and black stripes, the long range jet offers seating for nine passengers. The interior is designed in cream leather with double-club seats and executive dining tables for four forward passengers and a two-person club seating configuration aft. Also aft is a three-person, berthable divan, allowing this super mid-sized jet to sleep four.
For entertainment the aircraft features Univision Airshow and dual DVD players along with forward and aft 14-inch flat panel LCD screens. There are four 110 ac outlets for charging electronics.
A forward galley houses a sink, microwave, coffee maker, wine rack and multiple storage compartments. There is a full lavatory in the aft cabin with vanity mirrors and hanging storage for clothing. Overall there is 125 cubic feet of baggage space for luggage and storage.
The cockpit avionics package comprises a Collins Pro Line 4 five-tube EFIS with Dual Collins FCC-4005 for auto navigation, a Dual Universal UNS-1C FMC with GPS and a Universal Aero I satcom. For safety, the aircraft is equipped with a Collins TCAS-94 w/change 7 Collision Avoidance System, a Terrain Awareness and Warning System, an Allied Signal Mark V Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System, a Collins TWR-850 Weather Radar and Dual Collins TDR-94D Mode S Transponders.
