TexasFBO and handling agent network Paragon Aviation Group has revealed the annual recipients of its 2021 Network Member Awards.
The 2021 FBO member of the year is awarded to Henriksen Jet Center based at Houston Executive airport in Texas, as voted for by fellow FBO members and over 1,000 Paragon Preferred flight departments. Customer feedback surveys submitted throughout the year also played a role in determining this year’s winner. Along with a catered lunch, the winning team receives a personalised crystal trophy and custom floor banner to display in the lobby. Paragon Aviation Group will also make a donation to Henriksen Jet Center's preferred charity.
The FBO manager of the year award is voted on by the Paragon Aviation Group corporate team. This year’s recipient is Cat Wren, chief experience officer at Business Jet Center at Love Field in Dallas, Texas. “I am truly honoured to present Cat this award as she is a selfless leader with a humble heart,” says president Megan Barnes. “Not only does she work tirelessly for Business Jet Center, but she also spearheads the company’s non-profit, Business Jet Cares, which gives back to veterans and the local community.”
Based on FBO member votes and results from customer feedback surveys, the winner of the 2021 award of excellence goes to Ysabella Tetley, customer service manager at Henriksen Jet Center based at Houston Executive airport in Houston, Texas. “Ysabella was instrumental in Henriksen Jet Center's Houston FBO winning major accolades this year, including being one of AIN FBO Survey’s top five per cent rated FBOs in the Americas. It was due a lot in part to her tenacity, warm personality and customer-focus expertise,” comments Paragon Aviation Group director of sales Scott Jefvert.
