Sahel Aviation Service, a charter and contract operator based in Mali, has received two Embraer ERJ-145s and two Beechcraft B1900D aircraft from ACIA Aero Leasing. The deliveries took place over the last three months. The aircraft will bring ACIA's total portfolio of aircraft on lease to Sahel Aviation Service to seven.

Initially founded in 1988, and now one of the largest air charter operators in West Africa, Sahel is primarily based out of Bamako airport and flies a total of nine versatile Beechcraft 1900s, seven of which are C series and two D series. Its primary contracts in Mali are humanitarian projects throughout the entire country with the WFP and United Nations. The company also works for the resource sector on gold mining contracts with some of the biggest producers in the world. This includes gold runs, client transfers and executive charters.
