London Executive Aviation, which reports that its first Challenger 300 has registered more than 450 charter and 200 owners hours in just over a year, says a just-delivered second is set to chalk up similar business.
The second Challenger 300, based at Luton, has been purchased by an existing LEA aircraft owner. "Passengers appreciate the aircraft's quiet and spacious cabin and the demand is for flying mainly to European destinations, with an average stage length of 1,500 miles," says LEA md George Galanopoulos. The two Challenger 300s fill a niche in the LEA fleet between the midsize Citation Excel and large cabin Embraer Legacy 600.
