Completions and maintenance specialist AMAC Aerospace has experienced another busy month at its Basel facility. The company has started work on a head of state aircraft and also welcomed a Challenger 605 in mid-April for a periodic inspection. A privately-owned Global 6000 arrived in Basel at the end of April, for which AMAC will complete an aircraft registration change and carry out a periodic inspection. On a Global XRS, AMAC’s technicians will carry out an annual check on the privately-owned aircraft. Additionally, a privately-owned Global 5000 will arrive in May for a six-month-check. AMAC will carry out Service Bulletins for these aircraft.
The AMAC hangars have also been well-stocked with Airbus types. A privately-owned ACJ319 recently arrived to undergo a six-, 12- and 25-month check. A second ACJ319 arrived this month for a six-month check, while a third will undergo a Ka-band installation.
The team at AMAC also recently worked on a pair of Gulfstream G550s.
