GlobalJet Services of Avon, Connecticut has been selected by Dassault Aviation as an authorised technical training provider for out-of-production Falcon aircraft, including the Falcon 10, 20, 20-5, 50, 50EX, 2000, 2000EX, 900 and 900EX models.
The agreement will increase the options for technicians seeking to improve their knowledge and skills when maintaining 'classic' Falcon aircraft. GlobalJet Services specialises in on-location aviation maintenance and professional development training.
VP of customer service for Dassault Falcon Jet John Loh says: “We have nearly 1,000 classic Falcon aircraft operating around the world, many of them in service since the 1960s and 1970s. GlobalJet Services will play a key role in ensuring the overall support that our passionate classic Falcon operators expect of our worldwide customer service network.”
The three-year training service level agreement covers practical and theoretical mechanical and avionics training for Dassault customers, employees and affiliates. GlobalJet Services has been in operation since 1992 and its Falcon-focused team of instructors has close to a century of combined experience working on classic models.
