Legacy 600 makes first run for Jetsolution
Hoping for the very best fortune, Jetsolution has registered its Legacy 600 with every Chinese business person's favourite number. N888JK has just made its inaugural flight home from ABACE.
Jetsolution is exclusive sales agent for Air 7's Legacy 600.

China-based JetSolution Aviation Group has performed the inaugural flight of its Legacy 600 from the ABACE expo at Shanghai Hongqiao airport to its home base in Hong Kong. The aircraft is registered with the Chinese lucky numbers N888JK, and the flight began with a curated tour by group president and senior aviation specialist Jackie Wu. VIP guests were treated to onboard designer amenities such as Hermès textiles and toiletries, Christofle crystal wares and Wedgwood by Vera Wang silverwares, all in the comfort of the three-zone multifunctional cabin.

The Embraer Legacy 600 has upgraded avionics and a three-zone cabin that accommodates 13 VIPs, with seven sleeping positions in night configuration. The four-place conference mid-cabin section serves the functions of corporate business journeys while the aft cabin with a double-bed and club-seats with TV connecting to a changing room serves as a private suite.

“Private charter flights are no longer exclusive to top billionaires only. They can be customised for those who value quality and personal space,” says group president and senior aviation specialist Jackie Wu. “The availability and quality of the regional charter fleet is far away from meeting current demand, particularly those based in the Greater Bay region of China. We are seeing quite a significant increase in cases of aircraft owners disposing of their aircraft due to the current economic climate of China, and this has led to emerging demand for aircraft charter.”

To capture this opportunity, and with the expectation that charter demand will continue to grow, Jetsolution has increased its charter resources. The company says its acquisition and promotion of a charter fleet not only marks a prominent milestone for the its business expansion, but reinforces its competitiveness within the business aviation industry.

JetSolution Aviation Group is headquartered in Hong Kong and has regional offices in the US, Malaysia and the Middle East. It provides a range of advisory services and solutions, specialising in aircraft sales and acquisitions; design and refurbishment; technical appraisal and modifications; legal and financing advisory; delivery; crew training and placement; and registration and certification support. Its charter fleet is operated by California-based Air 7, a 14 CFR 135 Air Carrier and FAA certified FAR Part 135 operator.

The company also operates to Bhutan where it has exclusive layover rights. Paro airport is nestled among the steep mountains of the Himalayas and has one of the most treacherous approaches in the world, but JetSolution flight crews have overcome operational restrictions and have qualifications to land there.
