The maintenance business that started life in 1966 as Aeroleasing, then became part of the TAG Aviation family, has now been rebranded to take pride of place under Dassault's stewardship.

Dassault has acquired all the shares of RUAG Business Aviation, which includes all 73 members of staff at the Geneva site as well as the 14 members of staff at the Lugano site.
